These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Sell Gold Jewellery.

1. Our Service

​

We provide a postal service allowing customers to send gold items for valuation and sale.

​

​

2. Postal Pack

​

  • We provide a free postal pack with a pre-paid label

  • Customers are responsible for packaging items securely

  • Standard insurance cover is up to £750 unless otherwise agreed

​

​

3. Valuation Process

​

  • All items are assessed upon receipt

  • A quote will be provided, typically within 24 hours

  • Quotes are based on current market value of gold, its weight, purity, and resell value 

​

​

4. Accepting or Declining the Offer

​

  • You may accept or decline our offer

  • If accepted, payment will be made via bank transfer (usually same day)

  • If declined, items will be returned to you

  • Once you accept our offer, your items will be processed immediately. This means the transaction becomes final, and it will no longer be possible to cancel the sale or request the return of your items.

5. Ownership

​

By sending items to us, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the items

  • The items are not stolen or subject to any dispute

 

 

6. Payments

​

  • Payments are made via bank transfer, PayPal or cheque

  • You must provide correct bank details/PayPay registered email address

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

​

7. Liability

​

  • We take reasonable care of all items received

  • We are not liable for loss or damage beyond the insured amount

​

​

8. Right to Refuse

​

We reserve the right to refuse any items or transactions at our discretion.

​

​

9. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
