Postal Pack Delivery

​

We provide a free, pre-paid postal pack to send your gold to us safely.

• Packs are typically delivered within 1–3 working days

• Each pack includes secure packaging, Agreement of Sale with instructions

• A pre-paid Royal Mail label is provided

Sending Your Items

​

• Please ensure your items are securely packaged

• We recommend keeping proof of postage

• Standard insurance cover is up to £750

If you require higher insurance, please contact us before sending your items.

If your items do not fit within the postal pack provided, you may use your own packaging - to do so you need to cut out the pre-paid Royal Mail label and securely attach it to your packaging. 

​

• You can send your items using a box up to Royal Mail Medium Parcel Size - 61 x 46 x 46 cm, up to 20kg. 

• Please ensure all items are securely packaged and well protected

We recommend using a strong, secure box and ensuring items are safely wrapped to prevent movement during transit  

​

Responsibility

​

• Responsibility for your items transfers to us once they are received

• Until then, items remain your responsibility

​

Returns Policy

​

If You Accept Our Offer

​

• Once you accept our quote, payment will be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cheque

• Payments are typically processed the same day

​

If You Decline Our Offer

​

• Your items will be returned to you free of charge

• Returns are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 

• Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery

Unresponsive Customers

​

If we do not receive a response to your quote within a reasonable time (typically 14 days), we will attempt to contact you.

If no response is received:

• Items may be returned back to the address on Postal Pack request form

• Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances

​

Lost or Damaged Items

​

• All items sent using our postal pack are insured up to £750

• In the unlikely event of loss or damage, claims will be handled in line with the courier’s policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
